Certain points for the feedback from Members in respect of signing of MOU with Apollo Hospitals International Ltd

 please note that single MOU will be signed by head office for all the offices covered under Ahmedabad region. This tie up will be applicable for lnpatient Services only.

Outpatient will be on cash basis. o Bill Submission & Payment: Bills submission should be at single point preferable at Head office & Payment will be done by head office for the employees irrespective their offices where they work within 30 days of receipt of bill.

Credit Limit: All the credit bills will be cleared within 30 days from the date of receipt of the bills. The over dues above 30 days shall not cross limit of Rs. 15 lacs.

Apollo Hospitals reserve rights to stop caShless facility if credit limit cross the defined limit.

Your good office will take all the responsibilities if bills required to be cleared from Delhi head 'quarter as per CGHs guidelines.

Admission Process: Cashless facilities are only for working / regular employees. Reference letter by CGHS doctors as well as letter from your office with lD card of employee is required for admission purpose.

Norms should be fixed up for regularizing patients admitted under emergency conditions. ' Any treatment/investigations rates not defined in CGHS tariff, Apollo Hospital's prevailing tariff will be applicable.


Apollo hospital's consultants in some cases,if not comfortable in offering treatment at CGHS rates your beneficiary will co-operate to get treated at Hospital's tariff and if not comfortable in doing so then may decide not to get treated at Apollo Hospitals, Ahmedabad.
lnvestigation /Tests done outside the hospital (For Unavailability)will be charged by hospital on actual rate.
Non - Medical items which are used by the hospital and not found listed in CGHS - NABH Tariff, charges for the same will be asked to pay in cash by the beneficiaries at the time of discharge.
Ambiguities related to CGHS tariff charges should be removed for smooth long lasting empanelment relationship between Custom Office and the hospital.
All the mentioned administrative issues are required to be addressed properly while establishing cashless empanelment for providing continuous treatment at Apollo Hospitals, Ahmedabad.


On the basis of your approval on aforesaid mentioned points, we will process MOU between both the organizations. We take an opportunity to mention here that Apollo Hospitals - Main located at Bhat, GIDC Estate on Airport-Gandhinagar Highway is a multispecialty state of the art hospital. Moreover Apollo Hospitals City Center located Nr. Parimal Garden, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad has also got different diagnostics, OP & Indoor treatment facilities.

WORK DONE.....

With the advent of winter in Ahmedabad, which is mostly pleasant and comfortable, it was important to recapitulate the some recent works done by the association......

  • Apart from the successful  first ever CEC meeting in Ahmadabad on 25th and 26 the September, Association worked in closed co ordination with Superintendents Association, and Working Hour at Ahmadabad International Airport was successfully amended for immense relief of officers working there

  • Association is actively pursuing for cashless facility for the Officers at certain empanelled Hospital, positive result is awaited. 


  • The newly joined Inspectors, have been facilitated for their accommodation.



It is requested that all the willing officers who have not got their Association Membership fee subscription, may get it deducted, voluntarily.

Notice for Central Executive Committee (CEC) Meeting at Ahmedabad
on 25th & 26th of September, 2015

            Notice is hereby issued for the meeting of the Central Executive Committee of All India Central Excise Inspectors' Association to be held on 25th & 26th of September, 2015 at Ahmedabad.

            The Meeting shall commence at 10:00 AM sharp on 25.09.2015 and conclude by 05:00 PM on 26.09.2015.

Agenda
1.      Presidential Address
2.      Reading and Confirmation of the minutes of CEC Meeting held at Kolkata on 13th & 14th February 2015.
3.      Tabling of Action Taken Report (ATR) by the Secretary General.
4.      Discussion on ATR.
5.      Fixing of Date and Venue of the next Meeting of the CEC of AICEIA.
6.      Any other items with the permission of the Chair


            The Venue of the Central Executive Committee Meeting shall be informed very soon, once it is confirmed by the Ahmedabad Branch of AICEIA.
