Sub: Deduction of Annual Subscription of the Inspectors- m/r.

With reference to above subject, it is to inform you that annual subscription is to be deducted from the salary for the month of August, 2015 of the Inspectors working under your charge @ Rs. 720/- per annum for the F.Y-2014-15 and same is to be deducted from the salary for the month of Dec, 2015 for the F.Y 2015-16 respectively.

It is further requested to draw the cheque in favour of “All India Central Excise Inspectors’ Association, Ahmedabad Branch,” payable at Ahmedabad.  DDO certificate (Performa enclosed for ready reference) in this regard may also be issued immediately to the Association so that further submission of the same to the Board can be done without any further delay. Mandate form is enclosed herewith with a request to directly credit the amount in the A/c mentioned therein
